Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for an Enrollment Specialist in Lincoln, NE. You will verify enrollment status, update member records, and manage eligibility data while coordinating with clients and IT to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, proofreading, and phone etiquette.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, verifies enrollment status and updates member records.
• Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Resolves eligibility and enrollment questions for members with clients, field offices or claim operations.
• Applies regulatory and policy considerations in eligibility matters and partner with IT for testing non-standard arrangements.
• Ensures transactions interface with downstream systems and tests data files to prevent issues.
• Communicates standard service charges and supports HIPAA compliance in all member data handling.
