Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for an Enrollment Specialist to verify enrollment statuses, update member records, and resolve eligibility questions. You will maintain databases, coordinate electronic data transfers, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information.

You will collaborate across teams and with vendors to implement non-standard reporting, test interfaces, and support processing of plan benefits. Strong communication and data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Must type at least 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status and update member records.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic data transfers.
• Respond to eligibility questions and resolve enrollment issues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA in handling member data.
• Collaborate with clients, field offices and claim operations to improve service outcomes.
• Partner with IT and vendors on non-standard reporting requirements.
• Set up policy and eligibility screens to activate processing.
