CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented enrollment specialist to verify and update member records, manage eligibility data transfers, and resolve enrollment questions. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and IT to implement non-standard reporting and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information.

Ideal candidates bring strong data entry skills, typing speed of 35 WPM, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• 1+ years of Data entry experience.
• Must be able to type at least 35WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including articulation, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and telephone skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Verifies enrollment status and makes changes to member records.
• Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Responds to eligibility and enrollment questions or concerns from clients.
• Applies policies and legislative/regulatory guidelines to eligibility matters.
• Develops tools, and provides coding supplements, and error listings to clients/vendors.
• Acts as liaison between clients, vendors, and IT for non-standard reporting and testing.
• Ensures transactions interface with downstream systems and tests data files.
• Partners with teams to coordinate release of eligibility, plan structure and benefit information.
• Completes setup of policy and eligibility screens to activate processing of plan benefits.
• Codes system screens, policy, and structure to support downstream processes and release of Member/Plan Sponsor products.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance in communications involving member data.
• Utilizes resources to understand customer account structure and benefits.
