Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service.
• 1+ years of Data entry experience.
• Must type at least 35WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status, make changes to member records, and address enrollment questions or concerns.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Respond, research, and resolve eligibility and enrollment issues with member information, working with clients and offices to achieve positive outcomes.
• Apply regulatory policies, account structure and benefit parameters to eligibility matters.
• Develop tools and provide coding supplements, tape specs and error listings to clients/vendors.
• Coordinate non-standard reporting with IT, define requirements and approve specifications for testing.
• Ensure transactions interface with downstream systems; test and validate data files for new or existing clients.
• Collaborate with team functions to release eligibility, plan structure and benefit information.
• Complete setup of policy and eligibility screens to activate processing of plan benefits.
• Code system screens, policy and structure to support downstream processes and ID cards.
