Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to verify member enrollments, update client records, and respond to eligibility questions. You will maintain databases and coordinate electronic transfers of eligibility data, working with clients, field offices, and claim operations to ensure accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities include addressing issues with account structures and benefits, providing data listings to vendors, and ensuring HIPAA compliance in all communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• 1+ years of Data entry experience.
• Must be able to type at least 35WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including articulation, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and telephone skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify enrollment status, make changes to member records, and address enrollment questions.
• Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Respond to and resolve eligibility and enrollment issues with members, clients, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and HIPAA in all activities.
• Coordinate with IT/vendors to define business requirements and testing for non-standard reporting.
