Qualifications

• 2 years experience in student advising, enrollment management, customer service, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and current online students to advise on online degrees.
• Maintain frequent communication via phone, text, and/or email to increase applicants for online programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other services to resolve student issues.
• Ensure admitted online students complete orientation, advising, registration, and financial aid steps.
• Track enrollment, persistence, and completion and produce reports as needed.
• Adapt work schedule to support working adult student populations.
