Job summary

Symple Lending, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist in Irvine, CA to support daily operations and ensure timely processing of applications.

You will handle inquiries via Slack and phone, assist with file conversion and document delivery, and coordinate with IT and sales teams to resolve issues while maintaining accurate case records. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with chat and phone support.
• Experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
• Experience in the debt settlement industry.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support our diverse team and client base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Slack and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inquiries via Slack to address sales issues.
• Assist with converting files and ensure document delivery with clients via phone, SMS, and email.
• Provide customer service via chat and phone to resolve problems.
• Coordinate with IT and departments to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with sales agents to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all requests are handled professionally and promptly.
