The position requires in-office work at Santa Ana, with a rotating schedule within business hours. A high school degree is required, and some college is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; some college preferred.
• Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening are essential.
• Ability to manage large volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and a consultative approach.
• Provide an introduction of Lendistry to potential customers and build rapport for future communications.
• Ensure customers understand the lending process and required documents for applications.
• Document all customer interactions and provide insights to teammates.
• Assist in training new Customer Experience Representatives as needed.
• Support occasional in-person applicant assistance and community outreach as required.
• Educate applicants on loan and grant requirements for the application process.
