Kids in the Game in New York City is seeking a Customer Success & Enrollment Coordinator to oversee enrollment for 30-40+ programs, manage registration data for 1,000+ students each year, and coordinate 2,500+ campers across 13+ locations.

You will lead a distributed customer service team, train staff, own processes, and collaborate with finance for billing and policy updates, while engaging families across channels to ensure smooth enrollment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service leadership and enrollment management.
• Familiar with program registration, data entry, and reporting.
• Ability to learn registration tools quickly and build processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee school year and summer camp enrollment for 30-40+ programs.
• Build and maintain registration platforms; manage payments and balances.
• Coordinate participant records, forms, waivers, and emergency contacts.
• Monitor enrollment trends and provide reports for decision-making.
• Lead and train a distributed customer service team; manage schedules.
• Collaborate with finance for billing, refunds, and fee collection.
• Communicate enrollment updates and policy changes to families.
