Kids in the Game is hiring a Customer Success & Enrollment Coordinator in New York City to oversee enrollment for 30-40+ programs and 2,500+ campers. You will manage registration data, platforms (LineLeader, UltraCamp), payments, and family inquiries, while guiding a distributed customer service team to deliver empathetic care and accurate information.

The role requires in-person work at least 4 days/week, with a 9am–5pm schedule and occasional evenings/weekends for events and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service via phones and emails.
• Experience with program registration and document management.
• Experience implementing registration and communication systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets data entry and analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee school year and summer enrollment for 30-40+ programs.
• Build and maintain registration platforms and track balances.
• Communicate with families and manage participant records.
• Generate enrollment reports to inform decisions.
• Lead and train remote customer service staff for quality support.
• Support billing, refunds, and fee collection with finance.
