New York Preschool & Kids Club is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to welcome families and drive enrollment at our Brooklyn center. You will educate prospective families about our preschool and enrichment programs, enroll new children, and coordinate contracts and communications with a focus on hospitality.

You will collaborate with the Director to implement marketing initiatives, manage daily operations, and maintain center systems.

Formación

• 2-5 years of proven success in building enrollment (sales) and/or delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Commitment to facility safety and cleanliness.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Lifelong learner.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a welcoming front-desk environment during drop-off and pick-up.
• Educate prospective families about NY Kids Club & Preschool programs.
• Collaborate with the Director to enroll new children and lead marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate enrollment contracts, welcome packets, and compliance paperwork.
• Guide families through enrollment and ensure all paperwork is complete.
• Coordinate moments of magic to provide exceptional hospitality.
• Set up families on the communication platform for teacher updates.
• Maintain knowledge of center systems and contribute to improvements.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of center and marketing supplies.
