Job summary

The University of Rochester is seeking a CRM Administrator to lead Slate CRM development and system administration in admissions and enrollment operations. The role emphasizes portals, forms, workflows, dashboards, and user experiences that improve applicant and staff efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 4 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in higher education or healthcare field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with interface, networking, design, and relational database technologies preferred.
• Experience with authentication and authorization methods such as Shibboleth, LDAP and Active Directory preferred.
• Experience supporting Cloud and on premises applications preferred.
• Experience with multi-tier applications employing application and web servers preferred.
• Experience with project management from planning through implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slate CRM development and ongoing improvements for admissions and enrollment.
• Coordinate data exchanges and integrations between Slate and institutional systems.
• Configure Slate fields, rules, workflows and datasets to support processes.
• Develop templates, queries, reports, dashboards and communications for stakeholders.
• Support data governance and data quality practices for reporting and operations.
• Collaborate with campus partners to deploy Slate enhancements and ensure adoption.
