Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in recruitment and admissions in education and/or workforce development.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable candidates for Per Scholas training courses.
• Manage outreach and admissions process through its lifecycle to meet targets.
• Track and report recruitment and enrollment data in Salesforce.
