Job summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking a Manager of Online Enrollment to provide leadership and operational management for the Online Enrollment Counselor team. You will report to the Assistant Director of Online Enrollment and oversee daily staffing, coaching, performance management, and conversion optimization to ensure timely and accurate student support throughout the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience.
• Must maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio per policy.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Enrollment Counselors and Senior Enrollment Counselors, including performance management and development plans.
• Translate enrollment priorities into clear team expectations and measurable actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of counselors.
• Lead regular counselor team meetings focused on performance and enrollment priorities.
• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and service levels for enrollment starts.
• Monitor counselor performance, pipeline movement, and conversion metrics; intervene as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback; escalate policy or systemic barriers when appropriate.
