Job summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio seeks a Manager of Online Enrollment to lead the Enrollment Counselor team, oversee daily staffing, coaching, and performance management, and ensure timely, accurate support for prospective students.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Online Enrollment, you will translate enrollment priorities into team actions, monitor pipeline movement, and drive improvements in service quality and conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Five (5) years of related work experience.
Ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise Enrollment Counselors and Senior Enrollment Counselors, set expectations and conduct meetings.
Translate enrollment priorities into clear team expectations, assignments, interventions, and measurable counselor actions.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of Enrollment Counselors and Senior Enrollment Counselors.
Lead regular Enrollment Counselor team meetings focused on performance and readiness for enrollment starts.
Oversee daily staffing, schedules, coverage, and workload distribution; ensure readiness for major enrollment starts.
