Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through course selection, admissions, and enrollment. You will engage with inquiries via calls and emails, build relationships, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in education sales or counseling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Six days per week in-office work arrangement is to be confirmed with the hiring team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in any field; education/psychology qualifications advantageous.
• 2–4 years in academic counseling, admissions, or educational sales; 2–5 years total experience referenced.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counseling to prospective students.
• Explain program structures, tuition, eligibility, and admissions procedures.
• Generate and manage leads via outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
• Convert leads to enrollments and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with admissions teams to ensure smooth enrollment.
