Job summary

Christian Academy School System in Louisville, Kentucky seeks an Admissions Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for prospective families. Responsibilities include tours, calls, emails, and events to guide applicants through the admissions process for middle and high school students.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Reports to the Director of Enrollment & Marketing and offers full-time, year-round duties with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; three years of related admissions experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace and the ability to learn and support various systems
• Team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate Christian Academy's Mission and Statement of Faith clearly, accurately and compassionately to all prospective families
• Customize and conduct campus tours based on prospective families' individual circumstances
• Assist families through the entire admissions process, inquiry to enrollment
• Maintain inquiry, applicant and enrollment data and conduct follow-up processes
• Administer the admissions assessment process for applicants
• Participate in recruitment events
• Manage shadow experiences for prospective students
• Recruit and train student ambassadors
• Prepare and maintain enrollment data and generate reports as needed
• Maintain student records with confidentiality
• This position reports to the Director of Enrollment & Marketing.
