Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Athletic Director and coaches to schedule games/events and practices
• Oversee game management including field prep, setup, and post-game duties
• Support visiting teams and coaches and ensure smooth operations
• Oversee game officials and gate workers
• Maintain scheduled hours from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm and work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays
• Offer flexible scheduling options with preference for at least 3 days per week while some Saturdays are required
