Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Enrollment Rep I to handle written and verbal communications with clients, processing enrollment forms for CaliforniaChoice. You will review applications, changes, and terminations, identify missing information, and follow procedures to maintain accuracy and service levels.

The role requires strong English communication, 3+ years of office/customer service experience, and the ability to type at least 50 WPM.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of office and/or customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Able to type minimum 50 WPM and enter data accurately.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based forms/tools.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Send written correspondence and communicate with clients to obtain and review enrollment materials for CaliforniaChoice.
• Review and process Employee Applications, Change Request Forms, and Termination Forms.
• Identify missing information on forms and follow standard operating procedures.
• Place outbound calls to obtain incomplete details and document comments in systems.
