Job summary

Paycom in Orange, CA is seeking a Group Enrollment Representative I (4473) for a seasonal, fully remote role. You will review group changes for accuracy, process enrollments and terminations, and communicate with brokers and customers by email, fax, and phone.

Candidates should have strong data-entry skills (10-key), proficiency with Word and Excel, and good problem-solving and communication abilities. Health insurance industry experience and the ability to work independently are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10-key data entry proficiency required.
• Experience with Word and Excel preferred.
• Health insurance industry and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review group changes for accuracy and completeness.
• Process all group changes, line of coverage adds/terminations as received.
• Process all group terminations and produce termination confirmation letters.
• Send necessary email/faxes and make phone calls to internal/external customers as needed.
• Call group contacts/brokers to follow-up on missing information and billing reminders.
• Identify components of balances due and prepare letters for collection.
• Prepare check requests for credits due.
• Process commission setup and billing for New Business cases received.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly letters to groups and brokers.
• Update reports/logs with data regarding group processes.
