Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience supervising a high-volume enrollment or communications operation.
• Strong CRM and data analytics skills with cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead daily inbound and outbound communications operations across channels.
• Develop lead-nurture campaigns and manage CRM documentation.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly leadership reports.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Academic Affairs.
• Coach staff on consultative conversations and target performance metrics.
