Job summary

UNC Greensboro is seeking an Enrollment Communications Platform Manager to lead the enrollment communications ecosystem. You will oversee mass messaging to students, parents, and stakeholders, and partner with technical admins to sustain scalable CRM configurations.

You will set direction for how communications are organized across Slate, Ocelot Chatbot, and Emma, supervise a Platform Specialist, and craft audience-driven messaging using HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital design, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing mass communications within a CRM platform in a marketing context.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enrollment or marketing CRM platforms (e.g., Slate/Technolutions, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Experience building audience segments within CRM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mass messaging to prospective, admitted, and current students, as well as parents and other stakeholders.
• Set direction for how enrollment communications are organized, sequenced, measured, and improved across Slate, Ocelot Chatbot, and Emma.
• Supervise the Enrollment Communications Platform Specialist and partner with technical administrators.
• Use platform tools to segment audiences, build queries, create communication flows, manage reports, and design email/portal content using HTML and CSS.
• Consult with Enrollment Communications leadership and campus partners to align strategy with institutional priorities.
