Job summary

UMass Global is seeking an Enrollment Coach within the Enrollment Coaching Center to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment. You will use a consultative sales approach, connect students with campus staff, and help them navigate program options while maintaining high customer service.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in admissions, coaching, or sales, with strong CRM and time-management skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience related to admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration and matriculation.
• Maintain CRM records and outreach for prospective students.
• Provide consultative guidance and overcome objections.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective students and coordinate with campus staff.
• Communicate program requirements and values of the University to applicants.
• Collaborate with Enrollment team to remove barriers to enrollment.
• Work as part of a team to recruit and enroll students.
