Job summary

UMass Global is seeking an Enrollment Coaching Center Coordinator to guide prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. You will use a consultative sales approach to assess needs, explain program options, and help applicants complete the admission process with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities include phone outreach, coordinating with Academic Advisors and One-Stop Specialists, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the Enrollment team to remove barriers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration through consultative sales.
• Make frequent outbound calls and connect students with campus personnel.
• Maintain an accurate roster of prospective students in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Enrollment team to address issues and barriers to enrollment.
