Job summary

OU Education Services seeks an Enrollment Coach to guide prospective online students from initial interest through enrollment, primarily by phone. You will build trust, tailor start terms to goals, and apply established enrollment practices to help students navigate applications and decisions.

The role emphasizes a student-first mindset, high activity levels, and collaboration within a team. Local Norman/Oklahoma City candidates are preferred, with remote options for other states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-2 years professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality, student-centered enrollment conversations that identify needs, address concerns, and support informed enrollment decisions.
• Guide students through the application process and help them identify an appropriate start term based on program requirements and readiness.
• Maintain accurate student records and enrollment statuses within Salesforce, supporting timely follow-up.
• Consistently meet daily activity and service expectations, including outreach and documentation.
• Provide general information about program details, financial aid, and refer to appropriate offices for official determinations.
