Acumen is seeking a Supervisor to lead a state-based team of Agents, ensuring contract compliance and driving process improvements across Enrollment, Budgeting, and Agent workflows. The role emphasizes training, performance monitoring, and delivering efficient day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Acumen Agent.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to work with numbers and learn new software.
