Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and clerical support within the Enrollment Center.
• Staff the Enrollment Center front desk, assisting students and visitors with enrollment and student services.
• Update student records and generate reports in accordance with policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Refer to and collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Assist with special enrollment events and student outreach activities.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adjust priorities with changing student needs and call volumes.
