Job summary

University of Missouri-Columbia is seeking a knowledgeable Enrollment Management Communication professional to manage enrollment campaigns, maintain audiences, build queries, and optimize CRM processes using Slate.

You will monitor campaign performance, make recommendations for improvements, and coordinate with campus partners to integrate departmental work into the overall campaign strategy. Strengthen email templates and content blocks and explore new Slate functionality for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using a CRM or email platform to build audiences and execute communications; Slate preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 apps including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Ability to analyze campaign results, troubleshoot processes and propose practical improvements.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute enrollment communication tactics, including Slate queries and recipient lists.
• Build, schedule, and quality-check communications for timing, personalization, and suppression rules.
• Develop procedures for CRM (Slate) and other systems.
• Set up templates and emails in Slate and DotDigital.
• Monitor performance and adjust tactics based on data.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align campaigns with overall strategy.
