Unitek Learning is actively hiring for Admissions Representatives to join our admissions team. You will engage prospective students, conduct interviews, explain program offerings, and guide applicants through enrollment while upholding standards and policies.

The role emphasizes building relationships, timely follow-up, and delivering excellent customer service in a professional educational setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects/students in person or by phone to drive admissions.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, explain program offerings, and match benefits to student needs.
• Follow up on inquiries, guide applicants through enrollment, and ensure compliance with policies.
