Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to engage prospective students and guide them from interest to enrollment. You will conduct high-volume outreach, conduct interviews, and present program options and outcomes with a consultative approach.

Based on a campus location, you will document interactions in Nexus/CampusVue, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with the team to support enrollment goals and student success within Unitek College systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, telemarketing or sales (including admissions).
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100-150 outbound daily calls to assess interest and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options, career pathways, and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect admissions documents.
• Document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
