Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking Admissions Representatives for its Hayward campus to recruit qualified candidates for academic programs. This role includes conducting interviews, providing program information, and ensuring compliance with enrollment standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill company key behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and provide information on programs to potential students.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Follow up on inquiries and assist students in the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate reports on admissions activities.
