Unitek Learning seeks an Admissions Representative to recruit qualified candidates for the college’s academic programs. You will provide information, guidance, and support throughout enrollment, resolve inquiries, and uphold standards in compliance with regulations and accreditation.

You will interact with prospects, conduct interviews, and mentor students, while managing paperwork and enrollment steps on a regular on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects/students in person or by phone to provide program information and schedule interviews.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Explain programs, benefits and eligibility to match student needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate admissions activity records and complete daily reports.
