Job summary

Doral College is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment in our fully online, eight-week-term programs. You will provide information about academic options, maintain contact with applicants, and coordinate with partner schools and events to drive applications.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Travel to partner schools and recruitment events is required; occasional evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in college or high school environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guidance to prospective students through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Maintain consistent communication with applicants to encourage application completion and enrollment.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and manage the enrollment pipeline.
• Review applications and documents for completeness and accuracy according to admissions requirements.
• Design informational materials for recruitment efforts and travel to partner schools and events to represent the college.
• Deliver presentations to prospective students and families about programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment steps.
• Collaborate with team members on recruitment strategies and enrollment management initiatives.
