Job summary

Excelon Associates is recruiting a Re-Entry Coordinator (Online) in Orlando, FL to support student re-enrollment under the Director of Admissions. You will interview students who dropped, assess readiness, and guide them through the enrollment process in alignment with university policies.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree and have experience in higher education, with strong oral and written communication, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to new software—evenings and Saturdays

Qualifications

• Must have completed an associate degree.
• Experience in higher education, especially college admissions or enrollment.
• Excellent oral, written, and analytical communication skills.
• Proficient with software and technology to improve performance.
• Willing to work extended hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Interview students who have dropped to determine readiness to re-enroll.
• Determine whether prospective students have the desire and qualifications to attend.
• Meet with the Program Director or Program Coordinator to evaluate readiness and qualifications.
• Meet with academic departments to identify students ready to re-enroll.
• Communicate program details to prospective students for enrollment.
• Review re-entry budgets with program leadership and accountability teams.
• Attend college graduation ceremonies.
