Job summary

Charter College is seeking an Admissions Representative to respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, mail, and web leads, building rapport in a consultative manner. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Director of Admissions or Campus President and aims to enroll qualified students.

The AR will generate leads, schedule admissions interviews, and maintain CampusVue records, meeting daily call and appointment quotas while upholding campus policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or service-related environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, database software, and internet applications.
• Working knowledge of remote communication tools and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be punctual, responsible, ethical, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, direct mail, and internet leads.
• Generate personally developed leads from current students, referrals, and outside resources.
• Schedule admissions interview appointments.
• Conduct admissions interviews by phone, in person, or via video.
• Enroll qualified applicants and meet daily quotas.
• Enter tasks and notes into CampusVue daily.
