Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales call experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Admissions Representative (Sales).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and database software.
• Punctual, responsible, ethical and a team player.
• Willingness to commute to Canyon Country, CA 91351.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, direct mail, and Internet.
• Build relationships with prospective students.
• Generate leads from current students, referrals, and outside resources.
• Meet enrollment goals and quotas.
• Schedule admission interviews and follow-up with prospects.
• Enter tasks and notes into CampusVue daily.
• Attend admissions and staff meetings.
• Maintain adherence to accrediting agency guidelines.
