Mount Carmel College of Nursing, part of Trinity Health, seeks an Enrollment Advisor to advance recruitment and admissions efforts across Ohio. The role collaborates with the Dean of Students Services and Enrollment Management to execute the college’s recruitment plan and engage external and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and experience in college recruitment, admissions or counseling, with strong communication and data analysis skills.

In accordance with the Mission, Core Values and Vision; the Enrollment Advisor functions within the mission and strategic plan of Mount Carmel College of Nursing. Works cooperatively with the Dean of Students Services and Enrollment Management and staff to implement College recruitment strategic plan including recruitment/outreach, admissions decision-making, planning, interviewing, coordinating recruitment activities such as campus visit programs, working with external and internal constituencies and developing and maintaining accurate records.
