Job summary

The Arts and College Preparatory Academy in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to drive recruitment and enrollment across grade levels. The position reports to the Assistant Principal and requires strong data skills, effective communication, and a commitment to diversity and student privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, school operations, or administrative support.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and staff.
• Proficiency with computers and data systems, including Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA and student data privacy requirements.
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Create, continually develop and implement engaging recruitment strategies for attracting students at all grade levels to ACPA.
• Work with partner organizations to identify prospective students for enrollment on an ongoing annual basis.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective students and families to encourage enrollment applications.
• Identify and implement new recruitment avenues and marketing strategies.
• Organize and conduct school tours for prospective students and families.
• Collaborate with middle and high schools to ensure comprehensive tour information.
