Job summary

Trinity Health in Columbus, OH, seeks an Enrollment Advisor to implement recruitment strategies for Mount Carmel College of Nursing. You will work with the Dean of Students Services and Enrollment Management to coordinate campus visits, outreach, admissions decisions, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in college recruitment and admissions, with strong communication and data skills. Occasional evening/weekend work and statewide travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: Experience in college recruitment and admissions, marketing, public relations and/or counseling.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with some database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an office team.
• Must be a self-starter and problem solver.
• Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with good driving record maintained.
• Requires use of a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout state of Ohio.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

• Interviews candidates for admission and evaluates credentials submitted by applicants.
• Monitors applications and determines next steps in the recruitment process.
• Makes admissions decisions based on credentials and other factors.
• Builds relationships with counselors, prospective students and other audiences.
• Answers calls and emails from prospective students and parents.
• Cultivates alumni and guidance counselors to assist recruitment.
• Updates prospective student status and admission requirements.
• Generates reports and data analyses using admissions modules.
• Assists with policy development.
