Responsibilities

• Review and verify student admission applications, transcripts, test scores, and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Enter admissions data into the university system and check for correctness.
• Create, maintain, and manage files and records in the student record system.
• Maintain a secure, confidential environment for student records and data.
• Set up transcripts and applications for transfer evaluation.
• Prepare and mail admissions packages and other recruitment materials.
• Respond to residency inquiries with accurate information.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to departmental transactions.
• Assist with admissions recruitment and yield events.
• Complete the Get Secure training annually as required by FGCU policy.
