Competenze

• This position requires a high school diploma and two years of full-time experience in a related office role.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential.
• Experience with higher education systems or Ellucian Banner is a plus.

• Serve as a public contact for the department via email, mail, phone and in person.
• Answer routine and moderately complex questions about policies and processes.
• Input and maintain student records, scan and index documents, and handle data entry.
• Draft documents and reports; support events and training as needed.
