Landscape Workshop in Buford, GA is hiring a full-time landscape Enhancement Field Manager. The role focuses on hands-on landscaping maintenance, plant installation, and crew safety leadership.

Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, be able to work outdoors in all weather, and manage weekly crew schedules with strong time-management and communication skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
