Job summary

Access Services seeks an enthusiastic Enhanced Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Home and Community Supports team in Malvern, PA. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, primarily in the community.

We welcome full-time or part-time applicants to fill the open shifts. The DSP will support adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in a home environment, following individualized plans, and providing crisis management, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required for Enhanced DSP role.
• One year DSP experience with 1000 hours accepted with NADD certification.
• NADD/ABA credentials or related certifications are considered.
• Must meet background checks and driving clearance requirements.
• Ability to operate and document in PSP as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in community and home settings.
• Follow plan of care and approved interventions, including crisis management and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress documentation.
• Engage in supervision, training, and continuing education.
• Promote resident rights and person-centered planning.
