Access Services, Inc. is looking for a Behavior Support 'Enhanced' DSP to join our Home and Community Supports team in Malvern, PA. The role involves working with adults with developmental disabilities to help them live independently while providing compassionate care.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or sufficient experience as a Direct Support Professional. Flexible scheduling options are available, and the position offers a competitive starting rate of $22/hour for enhanced case shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with disabilities in providing support in the community.
