Access Services seeks a Behavior Support “Enhanced” DSP to join our Home and Community Supports team in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on community-based support with a 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, and allows for full-time or part-time arrangements.

The DSP will support adults with developmental disabilities/Autism in home and community settings, implementing plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining detailed records while providing compassionate, consistent care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Alt: HS diploma plus 1 year DSP experience with NADD cert, plus references.
• Complementary certifications accepted for enhanced DSP candidacy.

Responsabilités

• Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings.
• Provide support per plan including crisis management, emotional support and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and professional development.
