Job summary

Access Services in Malvern, PA is seeking an Enhanced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Home and Community Supports team. The role offers a 9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday and is open to full-time or part-time staff.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities in community and home settings, following individual plans, providing crisis support, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work or Gerontology.
• 2nd option: High School Diploma/GED with 1 year DSP experience and NADD Certification with references.
• Other accepted certifications: NADD Competency Based Clinical Certification, NADD Dual Diagnosis Certification, NADD Direct-Support Certification, RBT, CNA, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in the community and home settings.
• Provide support per care plan using approved interventions including crisis management and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress documentation.
• Engage in supervision, training and ongoing professional development.
