Access Services in Glenside, PA seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available, training provided, and PTO, 401(k) match, and competitive pay included.

You will support daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement, with shifts from 9AM to 7PM on weekdays and Saturdays. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for some assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and use workplace technology.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide supports per the plan of care, including crisis management and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate case notes and engage in supervision and training.
