Markent Personnel seeks a Vice President of Engineering for a $200M+ manufacturer. This executive will lead design, R&D, production engineering, and technical support to deliver on time and within budget while upholding quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; MBA preferred.
• Fifteen years of engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience reducing product complexity and improving processes.
• SolidWorks proficiency required; production-oriented background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term engineering roadmap aligned with business targets.
• Oversee R&D, design, and production support for new products.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to cut costs.
• Ensure schedule and budget adherence across projects.
• Maintain quality, regulatory compliance, and safety culture.
