Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define the long‑term technical strategy and product development roadmap.
• Oversee R&D initiatives for new product development and process improvements.
• Bridge design and production, ensuring seamless incorporation of new products.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to reduce waste and costs.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to production launch.
