Qualifications

• BS/BA from an accredited College/University required.
• MBA or MA preferred for strategic leadership.
• Lean Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale.
• Partner with the President and senior leaders on strategic goals.
• Develop and implement Lean/CI strategies aligned to company direction.
• Provide proactive Lean guidance for planning and growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditures to ensure profitability.
• Expand operations to meet growth strategies.
• Foster a positive culture and strong team engagement.
• Participate in quarterly management reviews with executives.
• Monitor cost centers and report CI savings and variances.
• Maintain awareness of emerging ops technologies and trends.
